Godrej Defender Plus Strong Room Doors

A new range of Defender doors -- Defender Plus Class C and Class B with greater security-enhancing features for banks, financial institutions, and private safe deposit vaults are available.
 
Features : 
• Door frame is a one piece bent angle welded construction fabricated from 10mm M S plates
• Composite protection for Class I of 70mm (Class C Standard) and for Class II of 90mm (Class B Standard) thick slab fortified over entire lock case area (1.75 sq mts)
• Available in Five classes in increasing degree of security from Class C to Class AAA specifications of BIS.
• Also available with a slab thickness up to - 175mm for high Security applications.
• Monolithic, superior Double duty barrier, made of ultra hard aggregates for protection against fire and Burglary attacks for Class C and Class B Doors
• A Torch and Drill Resistant Matrix structure barrier provided on High Security Doors (Class A, Class AA, Class AAA)
• Oxy-acetylene, arc, drill and hammer resistant protection.
• Unique balanced pressure bolt work to neutralize the pressure on the lock bolt, protecting against any attempt to dislodge the locks
• Any excessive force on the Door Handle shears the Lever Control bolt thus protecting Locks and Locking mechanism.
• Handles fitted on an impact resisting shaft that defeats attempts to hammer it in
• Adjustable strap hinges that enable the door shutter to be adjusted vertically so that it accurately fits with the frame.
• A well-designed grille gate secured with Godrej high precision 8-lever dual control lock operable from both sides is provided
• A 12-step anti-corrosion treatment for all steel components, after which the components are given a coat of rust inhibiting zinc rich primer for more protection
• High quality nitrocellulose paint to render smooth, scratch-free finish
• Emergency doors for entry into strong rooms
 
Locking system
• Two superior quality dual control high precision 8-lever locks made of brass levers actuated by phosphor bronze spring.
• Highly sensitive re-locking device on both locks prevents burglary by instantly deadlocking the Door if the locks are tampered with either mechanically or by using liquid explosives.
• Drill defeat shields protect vital parts of the lock and dead locking device.
 
Certification
• As per IS 11188
• Approved & Listed by the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS)
• Successfully tested for burglary and fire resistance at the Central Building Research Institute (CBRI), Roorkee, the only accredited institute of it's kind in India that carries out such tests.
 
Add on Options available
• Plenum Chamber arrangement can be provided on emergency doors to facilitate air conditioning in larger vaults
• Strong room door hung on the left can also be provided
• Crane hinged mechanism is also available for High Security Doors
• Doors are provided with a compression mechanism and limit switch if required
